When you register with Payflex only use your Name, ID, email, and cell number.
When paying with Payflex only log onto your own Payflex account.
When buying something new or paying for an existing instalment, only use you own bank card.
When submitting queries to the Payflex support team, use the email address that you registered with Payflex.
When submitting a query to the Payflex support team please ensure to provide all relevant details such as your ID number, cell number, date of transaction, transaction value etc. The more information you provide the quicker our team will be able to assist you.
Budget correctly when you buy to ensure you can meet the payments due every 2 weeks. This will ensure you don't land up paying penalties on missed payments.
