PAYFLEX 7TH BIRTHDAY “SCRATCH AND WIN” COMPETITION

WIN YOUR SHARE OF OVER R30,000 IN SHOPPING VOUCHERS

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the offer.
The offer is available from 18 August 2025 until 22 September 2025.

Eligibility:

  1. Customers must make a successful purchase at any of our merchants using Payflex during the campaign window and Payflex will send you a scratch and win link after checkout on email.
  2. Customers must be South African residents, hold a South African Identity Document, and be at least 18 years old to be eligible for the offer.
  3. You must have a valid Payflex account in good standing.
  4. Customers must make a successful Payflex Pay Later purchase in order to get their scratch and win link.

Prizes:

  1. A total prize pool of R30,000 in shopping vouchers will be awarded.
  2. Vouchers are valid only at the merchant(s) specified and subject to the voucher issuer’s terms.
  3. Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash or refundable.
  4. Voucher expiry dates will be included upon being rewarded. Expiry dates on none negotiable.
  5. Payflex vouchers can only be redeemed once for the full value of the voucher.

General Rules:

  1. Payflex reserves the right to disqualify any entrants who fail to follow the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions and are suspected of engaging in fraud or any entrant who makes any misrepresentation relating to the offer.
  2. Payflex is not responsible for any technical failures, malfunctions, problems with, or damage to equipment (including but not limited to wireless devices, websites, wireless networks, servers, computer hardware, or software) during the Promotion Period or as a result of your participation in the offer.
  3. Payflex’s Pay Later terms apply to the use of Payflex’s products.
  4. Payflex’s decision on all matters relating to this competition is final and binding.
  5. Payflex reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  6. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Payflex Privacy Policy.
  7. Payflex will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of entering or accepting any prize.
