Terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the offer.
The offer is available from 14 April 2025 until 13 June 2025. Payflex reserves the right to commence the offer at an earlier date and/or extend the end date at its sole discretion.

Eligibility:

  • 1. Customers must share their provided unique referral link with family and friends and for every successful registration that used the unique link to register customers will get an entry into the draw.
  • 2. Customers must be South African residents, hold a South African Identity Document, and be at least 18 years old to be eligible for the offer/ successful registration.
  • 3. Customers in arrears on instalments will not be eligible for the lucky draw of the prize.
  • 4. Customers mobile numbers must be registered with the department of home affairs.
  • 5. Existing customers may not register twice.
  • 6. Customers must have completed biometric verification.
  • 7. Customers must have a credit standing good enough to qualify them for a Payflex Pay Later account.
  • 8. Customer must have a valid driver’s license and be registered on NATIS.

The Offer:

  • 1. Stand a chance to WIN a VW Polo Vivo. Sign up for Payflex and share your unique referral link with your family and friends. For every successful registration using your link, you will earn an entry.
  • 2. There will be 1 (One) winner selected at random.
  • 3. The prize cannot be converted into cash.
  • 4. Registration fees of the car and insurance are payable by the winner after the car is presented to the winner.
  • 5. The winner will be announced June 2025.

General Rules:

  • 1. Payflex reserves the right to disqualify any entrants who fail to follow the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions and are suspected of engaging in fraud or any entrant who makes any misrepresentation relating to the offer.
  • 2. Payflex is not responsible for any technical failures, malfunctions, problems with, or damage to equipment (including but not limited to wireless devices, websites, wireless networks, servers, computer hardware, or software) during the Promotion Period or as a result of your participation in the offer.
  • 3. Payflex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, cut short, or extend the offer.
  • 4. Payflex’s Pay Later terms apply to the use of Payflex’s products.
  • 5. Employees of Payflex and their family members are not permitted to participate in this competition.
